Folio is independently operated from the United Kingdom. By using Folio, you agree to these terms.
Folio researches hotels and helps you reach an official hotel site or approved booking partner. Folio does not sell rooms, take payment, confirm reservations, or become a party to your booking. Price, taxes, availability, payment, cancellation, refunds, customer service, and the stay are governed by the provider's current page and terms.
Some booking links are affiliate links. The partner may pay Folio for a click, booking, or other qualifying action, at no extra cost to you. Payment never buys inclusion, placement, a score, or favourable wording. The Disclosure and methodology page explains the arrangement.
Folio dates and sources its work, but hotels, neighbourhoods, prices, policies, transport, and accessibility can change. Check details that matter directly with the hotel or booking provider before committing. Ask Folio is an AI research aid and may be wrong. It is not a booking, offer, guarantee, or professional advice.
Saved trips use an unguessable link and do not require an account. Anyone who receives the link can view the trip, so do not add confidential or personal information. Folio may remove inactive trips under the retention policy described in Privacy.
You may read Folio and share links to its pages. You may not republish substantial parts, scrape the service at scale, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, or use it unlawfully. Folio's original writing, design, and software remain the operator's property. Third-party names, marks, sources, and licensed images remain their owners' property.
Folio is provided as available. The operator does not promise uninterrupted access or that every statement will remain current. To the fullest extent the law permits, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by a booking provider, hotel, external site, or a decision made without checking material details. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live. Material changes appear here with a new effective date. Questions can be sent through the public contact channel once configured.
